Daily Releases, Limited Stock
- Approximately 1,000 items released daily, giving you fresh redemption options.
- Items will be released in batches starting at 10:00 and 18:00 daily (UTC+8) during the campaign. Check the campaign page for the specific release schedule.
- Stock is limited—first come, first served, while supplies last.
- Available products, required points, and real-time stock are subject to the redemption page.
Please note: The campaign ends at 18:00 on November 11. Complete your redemptions before it ends and check the campaign page for the final day’s release schedule.
How to Participate
- Log in: Sign in to your SUGARGOO account.
- Top up for bonus points: Select the ¥200, ¥500, or ¥1,000 tier through the designated campaign entry. The corresponding bonus points will be credited automatically once your top-up is credited.
- Find your favorites: Visit the SUGARFLEA campaign section, review product details and QC photos, and choose your item.
- Redeem with points: Make sure you have enough points and submit your redemption. Your redemption is successful once the points are deducted.
Users with sufficient existing points can go directly to the SUGARFLEA campaign section to redeem items.
Top-Up Campaign Rules
- Only top-ups completed through the designated campaign entry at an eligible tier qualify for the bonus points.
- The ¥200, ¥500, and ¥1,000 tiers award 400, 1,000, and 2,000 bonus points respectively. Other top-up amounts do not qualify for this campaign’s additional points.
- Top-ups made outside the designated campaign entry, as well as direct payments for products or shipping fees, do not count toward this promotion.
- Participation is unlimited during the campaign. Every qualifying top-up earns the corresponding reward.
- Bonus points are automatically credited once the top-up is credited. Top-up funds cannot be withdrawn.
Points Redemption Rules
- Eligibility & Redemption Requirements
The campaign is open to registered SUGARGOO users who are logged in. To redeem an item, users must visit the designated campaign section during the promotion and have sufficient points in their account.
- Redemption Confirmation & Points Deduction
A redemption is considered successful once it is submitted and the required points are successfully deducted. The points required for each product are subject to the redemption page.

If product availability is not updated promptly due to insufficient stock, page updates, or system delays, the actual redemption result will apply.
- Product & Stock Information
Product specifications, required points, and real-time stock are subject to the redemption page. If a product is removed, becomes unavailable, or is affected by force majeure, the platform may substitute an item of equivalent value, delay fulfillment, or cancel the redemption, with an explanation as appropriate.
- Redemption & Shipping Guidelines
- Redeemed items cannot be returned or exchanged. Please carefully review the product information and QC (quality inspection) photos before redeeming.
- Submit redeemed items for parcel shipping within 30 days of their arrival at the warehouse. Items not submitted for shipping within this period will be destroyed. Please arrange shipping promptly.
- Successfully redeemed items will be processed and fulfilled according to the platform’s standard procedures.
- Fair Participation
The platform will review points acquisition, product redemption, and account activity during the campaign. Fraudulent point accumulation, abusive bulk redemptions, fake accounts, falsified device or network environments, and exploiting system vulnerabilities to obtain rewards are not valid participation.
If violations are confirmed, the platform may revoke redemption eligibility, withdraw improperly obtained items or benefits, and restrict account functions where appropriate.
