How to Claim
- Register or log in: Sign in to your SUGARGOO account. Newly registered users can participate too.
- Visit the campaign page: Go to the Black Friday campaign page from 10 AM daily during the promotion.
- Claim your pack: Follow the on-page instructions. A successful claim is confirmed by the coupons appearing in your account.
- Check and use your coupons: Visit your account center to view your coupons and use them for eligible transactions.
Logging in alone does not automatically award a coupon pack. You must visit the campaign page and claim it.
Coupon Usage Guidelines
Shipping Coupon
Valid only for international parcel shipping fees, with one coupon per parcel. Whether it can be combined with other offers is subject to the checkout page.
Cash Coupon
Valid for designated platform order types, with one coupon per order. Cash coupons cannot be stacked. The amount payable after applying the coupon must be at least ¥0.01.
Selected Mall Cash Coupon
Valid only for designated Selected Mall products. One coupon per order. It does not apply to shopping-agent orders or other platform order types.
General Conditions
- Coupons become active once successfully received and can be used for eligible transactions.
- Use each coupon within its stated validity period. Unused coupons expire automatically.
- Eligible uses, minimum-spend requirements, validity periods, and stacking conditions are subject to the coupon details and checkout page.
- Coupons are for the receiving account only. They cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or reissued.
- If an order paid with a coupon is refunded, whether the coupon is returned depends on the platform’s refund policy. Unless otherwise stated, no coupon return or compensation will be provided.
Campaign Rules
- Eligibility
The campaign is open to all registered SUGARGOO users who are logged in, including users who register and successfully log in during the promotion.
Each user must participate using their own account. Claiming through another person’s account or transferring coupons is not permitted.
- Claim Limits & Timing
Coupon packs become available daily at 10 AM (UTC+8) during the promotion. There are 600 packs per day, with a limit of one pack per user per day.
Claims close once the day’s stock runs out. Users who do not successfully claim a pack may try again the next day. All claims must be completed before the campaign ends.
- Issuance & Receipt
After a successful claim, the coupon pack will be automatically issued to your SUGARGOO account. Receipt times depend on system processing.
Check your account center for received coupons. Coupon types, remaining stock, and claim status are subject to the campaign page and system records.
- Fair Participation
To ensure fairness, the platform will verify eligibility using device information, IP addresses, payment accounts, and SUGARGOO accounts. If any of these identifiers match or are closely linked, the platform may treat the participants as the same user.
Account abuse, unauthorized duplicate claims, fake registrations, falsified device or network environments, and using technical methods to improperly obtain coupons are not valid participation. If violations are confirmed, the platform may revoke campaign eligibility and coupons, and restrict account functions where appropriate.
