Please ensure that the status of your eligible parcel changes to “Shipped” before the shipping deadline. Parcels shipped after the deadline will not qualify for the prize draw.
2.How It Works
During the event, place and successfully pay for an order in the Exquisite Mall. If the corresponding parcel is shipped and its status changes to “Shipped” by October 28, 2026, 18:00:00 (UTC+8), you will automatically qualify for the ultimate Halloween prize draw.
SUGARGOO will select 3 lucky winners from all eligible users. Each winner will receive one iPhone Duo 512G in their preferred color.
No additional registration is required. Eligibility will be automatically verified based on order and parcel status records.

4.1 Eligibility
All SUGARGOO users who place and successfully pay for an Exquisite Mall order during the Order & Payment Period are eligible to participate.
4.2 Prize Draw Eligibility
To qualify for the prize draw, users must meet all of the following requirements:
- Place and successfully pay for an Exquisite Mall order between October 12, 2026, 10:00:00 and October 23, 2026, 18:00:00 (UTC+8);
- Ensure that the corresponding parcel is successfully shipped and its status changes to “Shipped” by October 28, 2026, 18:00:00 (UTC+8);
- Eligibility will be determined based on SUGARGOO’s system records and final verification results.
4.3 Prize Draw and Winner Announcement
- The prize draw will be conducted by SUGARGOO. The specific draw mechanism will be announced separately by the platform.
- The draw will be completed within 7 business days after the event ends.
- The list of winners will be published on the SUGARGOO website announcement page. Please follow official announcements for updates.
4.4 Prize Claim and Delivery
- Winners must follow the platform’s instructions after the winner announcement to complete the prize claim process and select their preferred prize color.
- If a winner fails to submit the required information, complete the claim process within the specified period, or cannot be contacted, SUGARGOO reserves the right to deem the prize forfeited.
- Final prize delivery arrangements will be subject to the platform’s notice.
4.5 Disqualification
SUGARGOO reserves the right to revoke a user’s event eligibility or winning status in any of the following circumstances:
- The corresponding winning order or parcel is subsequently cancelled, refunded, closed, or fails to reach the “Shipped” status;
- False orders, abnormal orders, duplicate actions, malicious activity, or any other improper participation;
- Exploiting system vulnerabilities, falsifying transaction information or shipping status, or using other prohibited methods to obtain eligibility;
- Any other behavior that SUGARGOO determines compromises event fairness or violates platform rules.
4.6 Anti-Fraud Policy
To ensure a fair event experience, SUGARGOO will verify orders, payments, parcel shipments, and user activity throughout the event. For any order, parcel, or account suspected of abnormal or fraudulent activity, SUGARGOO reserves the right to revoke the user’s event, prize draw, or winning eligibility. In serious cases, SUGARGOO may restrict or suspend the relevant account.
SUGARGOO’s system records and final review results shall prevail in determining abnormal activity and event eligibility.
