2.How It Works
During the event period, log in to your SUGARGOO account and complete the designated tasks on the event page to receive cash coupons or points rewards.
Cash coupons can be used on all Exquisite products.
3.How to Participate
- Log in to your SUGARGOO account and visit the event page.
- View the available tasks and corresponding rewards.
- Complete the required actions as instructed on the page.
- The system will automatically verify task completion based on backend records.
- Eligible cash coupons or points will be automatically credited to your account.
4.Cash Coupon Rules
- Cash coupons issued through this event can only be used on all Exquisite products. They cannot be used for agent shopping services or as sitewide coupons.
- Available cash coupon values include ¥10, ¥20, and ¥30, with no minimum spend requirement.
- Cash coupons become valid immediately after being issued and are valid for 5 days from the date of issuance. Unused coupons will expire automatically and will not be reissued after the event ends.
- After applying a cash coupon, the final amount paid for the order must not be less than ¥0.01.
- Cash coupons are for use only by the account that received them. They cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or reissued.
- If an order paid with a cash coupon is refunded, whether the coupon is returned will be subject to the platform’s applicable rules. Unless otherwise stated, coupons will not be returned or compensated.
5.Event Rules
5.1 Event Period
- The event runs from October 12, 2026, 10:00:00 to October 23, 2026, 18:00:00 (UTC+8).
- All task completion records will be determined based on system records generated during the event period.
5.2 Eligibility and Invitation Rules
- Invitors must have a registered and activated SUGARGOO account.
- Invitees must register and activate their accounts through the inviter’s unique referral QR code or link for the invitation to be considered valid.
- Each invitee may establish an invitation relationship with only one inviter. The first successfully established invitation relationship will prevail.
- For every successfully invited eligible new user, the inviter will receive one ¥10 no-minimum-spend cash coupon. Invitation rewards can be earned an unlimited number of times during the event period.
- To ensure fairness, SUGARGOO will verify participation based on information including device details, IP address, payment account, and SUGARGOO account. If any of the above information matches, the accounts may be considered to belong to the same user.
- Invitation rewards are subject to the invited new user completing the relevant valid task. Please refer to the event page and the system verification result for final eligibility.
5.3 Order Task Rules
- “Complete a purchase” means placing and successfully paying for an Exquisite product order during the event period. Orders containing points redemption products are not eligible.
- Cancelled, refunded, closed, or system-flagged abnormal orders will not be included in event statistics and will not qualify for task rewards.
- Certain tasks may have limits on participation, order validity, or other conditions. Please refer to the event page for details.
5.4 Reward Distribution
- Users who complete designated tasks and pass system verification will receive the corresponding cash coupon or points reward.
- Rewards will be automatically issued based on real-time system records. The actual crediting time is subject to system processing.
- Cash coupons will be issued to the user’s coupon account, while points will be issued to the points account.
- Some rewards may be distributed in stages. Task requirements, reward formats, quantities, and claim limits are subject to the event page.
5.5 Points Rules
Points earned during this event can be used to redeem products in the Points Mall or to participate in the Lucky Spin. Please refer to the relevant platform pages for specific rules.
5.6 Anti-Fraud Policy
To ensure a fair event experience, SUGARGOO will review invitation, registration, task completion, and order activity during the event. If any of the following behaviors are identified, including but not limited to:
- False or duplicate registrations;
- Self-invitations or self-purchases;
- Malicious bulk invitations;
- Falsified or abnormal devices, IP addresses, or network environments;
- Abnormal orders or fraudulent transactions;
- Exploiting system vulnerabilities or other improper means to obtain rewards;
SUGARGOO reserves the right to take the following actions:
- Invalidate related invitation relationships, task records, and orders;
- Disqualify users of the event and cancel issued or pending rewards;
- Freeze or restrict relevant account functions where necessary.
SUGARGOO’s final review result shall prevail in determining abnormal data or violations.
