Five Tasks to Unlock Your Rewards
Please note: Cash coupons are discount coupons used to reduce the cost of eligible orders. They are not cash rewards and cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for cash. App-exclusive cash coupons can only be used in the SUGARGOO App. Selected Mall cash coupons apply only to designated Selected Mall products.
How to Participate
- Log in: Sign in to your SUGARGOO account and visit the Black Friday campaign page.
- Explore the tasks: Check the requirements and rewards, then choose the tasks you would like to complete.
- Complete the tasks: Follow the instructions to invite friends, shop, ship parcels, or complete other designated actions.
- Receive your rewards: Once task completion is confirmed by the system, eligible coupons will be automatically issued to your account.
Shopping and parcel-shipping tasks can be repeated—keep earning rewards for every eligible order or parcel!
Coupon Usage Guidelines
- Ready to use upon receipt: Coupons become active once successfully received and can be used for eligible transactions.
- Valid during the campaign only: Task reward coupons must be used during the campaign. Unused coupons will expire when the campaign ends. Check each coupon for its exact expiry time.
- Shipping coupons: Valid only for international parcel shipping fees. One shipping coupon per parcel.
- Cash coupons: Valid for designated order types on the platform. One cash coupon per order; cash coupons cannot be combined with one another. The amount payable after applying a cash coupon must be at least ¥0.01.
- App-exclusive cash coupons: Can only be used in the SUGARGOO App, not on the website.
- Selected Mall cash coupons: Valid only for designated Selected Mall products, not for shopping-agent orders or other platform orders.
- For your account only: Coupons cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or reissued after expiry.
- Refunds: If an order paid with a coupon is refunded, whether the coupon is returned will depend on the platform’s refund policy. Unless otherwise stated, no coupon return or compensation will be provided.

Campaign Rules
- Task Completion Timing
All tasks must be completed during the campaign period, based on SUGARGOO system records. Shopping tasks are assessed using valid payment records. Parcel-shipping tasks require the parcel to reach “Shipped” status during the campaign.
- Valid Referral Requirements
- The inviter must have a registered and activated SUGARGOO account.
- The invited user must register and activate their account through the inviter’s unique referral link or QR code.
- Each invited user can be linked to only one inviter. The first successfully established referral relationship will apply.
- Each inviter can receive up to 10 referral rewards, totaling ¥100 in cash coupons.
- Eligible Order Requirements
Shopping tasks count only eligible product orders paid successfully during the campaign with a product value over ¥50. Points-redemption product orders are excluded. Cancelled, refunded, closed, or flagged abnormal orders will not count toward rewards.
- Reward Issuance
After a task is completed, the system will verify the relevant records and issue eligible coupons to your SUGARGOO account. Actual receipt times depend on system processing. Please check the coupon records in your account.
- Fair Participation
To ensure fairness, the platform will verify participation using device information, IP addresses, payment accounts, and SUGARGOO accounts. Participants sharing any one of these identifiers will be treated as the same user.
Fake registrations, duplicate accounts, self-referrals, abusive bulk invitations, falsified device or network environments, abnormal orders, and exploiting system vulnerabilities to obtain rewards are not valid participation. If violations are confirmed, the platform may invalidate related task records, revoke campaign eligibility and rewards, and restrict account functions where appropriate.
