Task 2: Submit Parcels and Unlock Coupon Packs — Up to 3 Times
Task Details
During the event, submit parcels and complete shipment successfully. The parcel status must show “Shipped” in order to count.
Reward
For each successful parcel submission and shipment, you will receive: 🎁 ¥50 no-threshold coupon pack (includes: ¥20 coupon + ¥30 coupon) Each user can receive this reward up to 3 times during the event.
Task 3: Browse the Selected Mall and Claim a Reward Easily
Task Details
Browse the Selected Mall page for at least 8 seconds during the event.
Reward
🎁 ¥10 no-threshold cash coupon (valid on selected products only) Each user can claim this reward once only.
How to Participate
- Log in to your SUGARGOO account and enter the event page;
- Check the currently available tasks and corresponding rewards;
- Complete the designated actions as instructed on the page;
- The system will automatically determine task completion status based on backend records;
- Eligible rewards will be automatically issued to your account according to the rules.

Cash Coupon Details
All rewards in this event are cash coupons for selected products only.
They are not applicable to proxy shopping orders or general platform-wide use.

Usage Rules
- Cash coupons take effect immediately after being successfully claimed and can be used once credited;
- Coupons are valid for 5 days from the date of claim; unused coupons will expire automatically after the validity period;
- After applying a coupon, the final amount paid for the order must not be lower than ¥0.01;
- All coupons are for personal account use only and cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or reissued;
- If an order using a coupon is refunded, whether the coupon is returned will be subject to platform rules; unless otherwise specified, it will not be returned or compensated.
Event Rules
- Event Time Rules
- The event runs from September 15, 2026 10:00:00 to September 22, 2026 18:00:00 (UTC+8);
- All task completion records will be based on system data generated during the event period;
- The final schedule and details displayed on the event page shall prevail.
- Eligibility
- The inviter must be a user with a registered and activated SUGARGOO account;
- The invitee must complete registration and account activation through the inviter’s exclusive referral QR code or link in order to establish a valid referral relationship;
- Each invited user may establish a referral relationship with one inviter only, based on the first successfully established relationship;
- To ensure fairness, the system will evaluate device information, IP address, payment account, and SUGARGOO account data. If any of these match, the related accounts may be treated as the same user;
- Orders related to the event must meet validity requirements. Canceled, refunded, closed, or abnormal orders will not be included in event statistics.
- Task and Reward Rules
- Users who complete designated tasks on the event page may receive corresponding rewards according to the rules;
- Rewards are issued in the form of cash coupons valid on selected products only;
- Some rewards may be distributed in stages. Specific task content, reward format, reward quantity, and claim conditions are subject to the event page display;
- Some stage rewards may be limited to one claim per user during the event period, or subject to the claim limits shown on the event page;
- For referral-related rewards, issuance to both parties is subject to the invited new user completing the corresponding valid task.
- Reward Issuance Rules
- Rewards will be automatically issued to eligible user accounts during the event based on real-time system records;
- Actual arrival time is subject to platform system processing;
- Rewards related to order payment, parcel submission, shipment, or other required actions will only be issued after the corresponding behavior is completed and successfully verified by the system.
- Anti-Fraud Policy
To ensure fairness, SUGARGOO will review invitation, registration, task completion, and order behavior during the event.
If any of the following behaviors are identified, including but not limited to:
- fake registrations
- duplicate accounts
- self-invitation or self-purchase
- malicious bulk invitations
- falsified devices or network environments
- abnormal orders
- exploiting loopholes or abnormal activity for reward farming
the platform reserves the right to:
- invalidate the relevant referral relationships, task records, and orders;
- cancel the user’s event eligibility and rewards;
- freeze or restrict account functions where necessary.
The final determination of abnormal data shall be subject to SUGARGOO’s official review result.
