Discount Method: Select an eligible shipping line and complete payment during the event period to automatically enjoy the shipping discount.
Coupon Stacking: These line discounts can be used together with coupons, subject to what is shown at checkout.
Usage Limit: Unlimited during the event period.
Shipping Restrictions: The following items cannot be shipped via the event lines: built-in batteries, matching batteries, power banks, kitchen knives, liquids or powders over 150ml, liquids or powders within 150ml, food/medicine, glasses, masks/gloves and other epidemic prevention supplies, as well as any other items prohibited by applicable laws and regulations.

Each day, SUGARGOO will randomly select 3 winning parcels from all eligible parcels submitted that day, and those winners will receive a free shipping reward.

The draw will be carried out through a Discord bot, and the winner list will be published on the SUGARGOO website announcement page.

All draws, winner announcements, and reward crediting will be completed within 7 working days after the event ends.

How to Participate: During the event, eligible parcels that complete submission will automatically enter that day’s draw.
Draw Mechanism: SUGARGOO will randomly select 3 winning parcels per day from all eligible parcels submitted on that day. Winning parcels will receive a free shipping reward.
Draw Method: The draw will be conducted through a Discord bot.
Winner Announcement: The winner list will be published on the SUGARGOO website announcement page.
Completion Time: All draws, winner announcements, and reward crediting will be completed within 7 working days after the event ends.
Reward Delivery: Rewards will be credited to the user’s account balance.
Reward Condition: The winning parcel must be updated to Shipped status for the reward to remain valid.
Disqualification: If the winning parcel is later canceled or does not successfully reach Shipped status, SUGARGOO reserves the right to cancel the reward eligibility.
Anti-Fraud Policy: In cases of fake parcel submissions, repeated operations, malicious abuse, or any other abnormal activity, SUGARGOO reserves the right to disqualify users from participation and rewards.

Both the shipping discount event and the daily free shipping event are only valid during the event period.
Whether a shipping line discount can be combined with coupons depends on what is shown at checkout.
The free shipping event is based on parcels, not users.
