These rules apply to both activities:

I. Eligibility

Participation in the Lucky Spin requires spending account points.

If any of the above information is identical or highly related, accounts may be considered the same user and limited to one participation.

SUGARGOO reserves the right to disqualify users engaging in abnormal or prohibited behavior.

II. Login Reward Rules

Users will automatically receive the coupon pack upon logging in during the campaign period.

Coupon packs will be issued automatically according to system rules.

Actual issuance time is subject to system processing.

III. Lucky Spin Rules

Users must spend account points to participate in the Lucky Spin.

Each spin costs 50 points during the campaign period.

Each user may spin up to 5 times per day.

Daily participation limits reset based on system time.

Spin results are determined and recorded by the system.

Rewards will be automatically credited to the user’s account.

IV. Reward & Coupon Usage Rules

(1) Shipping Coupons

Applicable to international shipping fees only.

Limited to one coupon per package.

Non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and non-reissuable.

If the related order is refunded, the coupon will not be reinstated or compensated.

(2) Cash Coupons
