IV. How to Participate

1️⃣ Log in to your SUGARFLEA / SUGARGOO account.

2️⃣ Visit the SUGARFLEA event page.

3️⃣ Browse the available redemption items.

4️⃣ Use the required points to complete your redemption.

V. Participation Rules

The event is open to registered and logged-in users only.
Users must log in and access the event page during the event period to participate.
Sufficient points must be available in the user’s account to redeem selected items.

VI. Redemption Rules

During the event, users may redeem designated items using points.
Different products require different point amounts, as displayed on the event page.
All items are limited in quantity and available while supplies last.
A redemption is considered successful once points are deducted from the account.
In cases of stock shortages, page update delays, or system latency, the actual redemption result shall prevail.

VII. Points Deduction & Records

Once redemption is successful, the corresponding points will be automatically deducted.
Points transaction records can be viewed via: Personal Center → My Points → Points Details
Users can check point earnings, deductions, and credit timestamps.
If abnormal point deductions or redemption failures occur due to system errors, please take a screenshot and contact customer service.

VIII. Product Notes

All products displayed on the event page are point-redeemable items. Specifications and stock levels are subject to real-time display.
Some products may be randomly assigned in style, color, or size depending on availability.
In case of delisting, stock shortages, or force majeure events, the platform reserves the right to replace items with products of equivalent value, delay fulfillment, or cancel the redemption with appropriate notice.

IX. Fulfillment & After-Sales Policy

✅ Redemption items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Please review QC details carefully before redeeming.
✅ Items must be submitted for parcel processing within 30 days after arrival at the warehouse; overdue items may be disposed of according to platform rules.
✅ Redeemed items will follow the standard platform fulfillment process.
✅ Shipping time, delivery method, and after-sales policies are subject to platform page descriptions.
✅ If users need to submit orders, consolidate parcels, or pay additional fees after redemption, the standard platform process will apply.

X. Anti-Fraud Policy

To ensure fairness, the platform will monitor point accumulation, redemption behavior, and account activities during the event.

If any of the following behaviors are detected (including but not limited to):

Abnormal point farming
Malicious bulk redemptions
Fake registrations
Manipulated devices or network environments
Exploiting system vulnerabilities

The platform reserves the right to:

Cancel redemption eligibility;
Revoke improperly obtained items or benefits;
Freeze or restrict account functions.

Final decisions regarding violations are subject to official platform review.

XI. Additional Notes

All participants must comply with SUGARFLEA platform rules.
In the following cases:

✅ Stock shortage / system delay → Points will be automatically refunded.

✅ Item out of stock / delisted → Points refunded + 50 bonus points or equivalent-value coupon compensation.

✅ Payment status stuck → Please wait 5 minutes and refresh the page; contact customer service if unresolved.
